Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms before using Gaimen Atlas.
Operator and service
Extro Tech (Pvt) Ltd operates Gaimen Atlas. Gaimen Atlas is an independent educational and practice service for people preparing for Japan's foreign-licence conversion knowledge confirmation. It is not an official test or a service operated by a government, police authority, or driving licence center.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or obtain any required consent.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not let another person use your account.
- Keep account information accurate and comply with any invited-email access conditions.
Credits and payments
The service uses one-time, non-expiring exam-credit packs. One credit creates one new 50-question full practice exam.
Resuming, saving answers, submitting, and reviewing the same attempt do not use another credit. The service has no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charges.
Payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment service provider. Payment information required to complete a transaction will be handled by that provider in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
Purchased credits are added to the user's account after successful payment confirmation.
Refunds
The Refund Policy sets out the conditions for refund requests.
Prohibited use
- Sharing, transferring, reselling, or giving others access to a paid account or credits.
- Scraping, automated extraction, bulk downloading, copying, redistributing, or reverse engineering the question database or service.
- Interfering with the service, accounts, security, or other users.
- Breaking the law, registering false information, or attempting unauthorized access.
Content and changes
Gaimen Atlas's original question wording, explanations, structure, software, and branding are protected. Laws, official materials, and sign designs remain subject to their own applicable rights and conditions.
Road rules, test practices, and content can change. We may update, correct, add, or remove content while working to keep the service useful.
Disclaimers, suspension, and governing terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. It does not guarantee exam success, eligibility, appointment acceptance, document approval, or licence issuance. Rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, Terms violations, suspected fraud, unauthorized access, or security risks.
Governing law: The laws of Sri Lanka. Dispute venue: The courts with jurisdiction in Sri Lanka. The English version controls if there is a difference between language versions.
