Refund Policy
This policy explains refunds for digital exam-credit packs.
Refund request period: Within 7 calendar days of successful payment, provided no credit from that pack has been used.
Eligible refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of successful payment if no credit from that purchased pack has been used. A credit is used when it creates a new 50-question full practice exam.
How to request a refund
Email support@gaimenatlas.com with the email used for purchase, order details, and the reason for your request.
Used credits and exceptions
A purchase with one or more used credits is normally not eligible for a refund under this policy. We will review payment errors, service faults, and rights available under applicable law individually.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method where supported. The time before a refund appears on a card can vary by the payment processor, card network, or card issuer.
