Privacy Policy
Gaimen Atlas is operated by Extro Tech (Pvt) Ltd. We handle information required to provide the service, manage accounts, save learning history, process purchases, and operate the service safely.
Information we collect
- Name, email address, profile information, and language preference provided for an account.
- Authentication credentials needed to sign in. Passwords are handled in a protected form by the authentication system.
- Quiz answers, results, scores, progress, history, credits, purchase records, and payment transaction references.
- Feedback, support messages, and any optional contact information provided with them.
Technical information and cookies
Sign-in sessions may store IP address and browser or device information. Server and reverse-proxy logs may also contain technical information.
We use request-origin information for short-lived rate limiting to prevent abuse. No third-party analytics service is currently integrated.
- Authentication cookies to keep a signed-in session.
- A guest-practice cookie to keep access to a practice result for 24 hours.
- A language cookie that remembers the chosen learner language for up to one year.
- A theme preference stored locally on the device.
Why we use information
- To provide accounts, practice, results, history, and credit features.
- To respond to support requests, improve question content, and maintain the service.
- To prevent abuse, protect security, investigate faults, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and payments
Hosting, database, and email-delivery providers may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Payments will be processed through a third-party payment service provider. Payment-card and checkout information may be processed by that provider as necessary to complete transactions. Gaimen Atlas does not directly store complete payment-card details. Gaimen Atlas retains only the transaction and purchase information needed to provide purchased credits, respond to customer and support requests, meet accounting and legal requirements, prevent fraud or abuse, and resolve payment-related issues.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect security, meet legal or accounting obligations, and handle disputes.
Guest access to a practice result expires after 24 hours. This does not mean the underlying database record is immediately deleted.
- Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
- Send account-deletion or data-deletion requests to the support address below. We may retain records required for transactions, audits, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Changes and contact
We will publish policy changes on this page and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
